Octocat is a gentic cross between a Pacific Red Octopus and a Domestic Cat. She is Smarty Smart's assistant in evil. Even though Octocat isn't as smart as Smarty Smarts, she seems to have more common sense than him.
Unlike all the other mutants on the island, she cannot talk. Instead, she talks solely in meows yet other still understand him. Peri adopts her as her minion after she quits his job as Mr. Smarty Smart's Minion. Octocat often gets blamed for things that she didn't do by Mr. Smarty Smarts.
